I personally love stories of people and businesses giving back to the community. When they give to the community, they serve the people who serve(d) our country, it is very heart warming and exciting to witness the ripple effect of their generosity.
This generosity and support is exactly what USA Real Estate and Property Management does for the Prescott Valley Veterans. For several years, USA has been helping people purchase homes by offering $500 off the closing costs when they complete a home buying or selling process. To get your $500 certificate, stop by the Mingus Mountain VFW for lunch and receive your $500.00 card. It doesn’t end there, USA is taking that generosity to a whole new level. In addition, every time they complete a transaction, they are donating $500 to the local VFW! For USA Real Estate, this is more than an opportunity to donate, it is a partnership we are proud of. This is huge for our community and our veterans.
As with all nonprofit organizations, the VFW operates on donations and volunteers. What makes the VFW unique is what they do with the money that is donated. They work hard to promote patriotism, honor military service, and ensure the care of veterans and their families.
The Mingus Mountain VFW Post 10227 is located at 2375 N. 5th Street in Prescott Valley (located on the road to Fain Lake Park, just behind the Moose Lodge). They are a community-oriented Post that focuses their energy on helping our veterans, their families, widows and orphans of veterans in our community. They actually share the facility with several other veteran and community service organizations to even broaden how they help veterans. These reasons are why USA Real Estate is so generous in their financial support of the VFW.
