USA Real Estate and Property Management are thrilled at the success of the first Annual Home Buyers Fair on July 9, 2016. The event was held at the VFW Post #10227 in Prescott Valley. The goal of the Annual Home Buyers Fair was to educate the public on programs available that will help them achieve home ownership. In addition, USA Real Estate organized fundraising to help our local veterans. They had success in both arenas!
At the Annual Home Buyers Fair, that was sponsored by USA Real Estate, over $500 was generated for the local VFW Post #10227. The money gathered will help our local veterans and their families. As a side note, USA Real Estate has raised and donated over $5,000 to the VFW organization this past year.

Exciting News! A single father, who never thought home ownership was a possibility, was able to sign a contract and purchase his first home. That is what USA Real Estate calls success – helping homeowners step by step achieve the goal of home ownership.
